We the birria quesadilla, a regular birria taco and a small consume; both very flavorful, good amount of meat and gooey cheese on the quesadilla. The asada taco was full of tender, flavorful, asada and there was some really good salsa brought to the table. My favorite: the ahogado (drowned in a light tomato broth with cabbage and onions) potato tacos. The potatoes were hot and smooth with a great flavor. The tortillas had some nice crunchy bites and some delicious soaked bites. I really like this place! They speak English and were so nice. We will definitely be back when we are visiting LV ”

“ If you're looking for authentic Jaliciense food like birria, birria tacos, tacos de canasta, or tortas ahogadas this is the spot! On a whim while visiting Las Vegas we ventured off the strip. As soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be good. Super clean, simple menu, quality food and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had the best horchata in my life. It was milky, not overly sweet, with cinnamon pieces that you wouldn't normally expect. And their pepino u limón agua fresca was soo good. If you're in the mood for some authentic birria, birria tacos or tortas ahogadas I recommend this spot. ”

“ Noticed a small taco shop next to the Marianas and decided to give them a try. The restaurant is small with a few tables, seems to be popular for take out rather dine in. We decided to share a couple dishes, I had to get some molletes, super classic and simple dish. The bolillo tasted fresh with toasty exterior and fluffy on the inside, the ratio of cheese and beans were perfect and huge portions. We also got 2 tacos de canasta with potato, and two with beans and chicharrón. They both had great flavor and were so soft, absolutely delicious with the pickled jalapeños, onions and cabbage. I'd only say that the ones with just potato were a little bland, but with all the toppings and hot sauce they are delicious! Lastly, our favorites were the they tacos dorados with potato, the sauce poured on top was so flavorful and light, the tacos came perfectly prepared with pickled cabbage and onion. The best part was that the tacos were still crispy with a steaming fluffy potato filling. This taco place is out of the world good, everything was absolutely delicious and a must try! ”

We also got an augua fresca, lemon con pepino. You can tell they take great pride in a top notch fresh product. It's a casual quick serve restaurant, clean, with a pretty mural. Great music. “ What I love most about this place is now welcoming they all make you feel. I've visited twice now and the experience is the same, they're all always smiling and let you know your business is appreciated. The place is small and kept very clean. With that being said, it's not your average restaurant so don't expect a huge selection. What they do have to offer is Mexican food worth your while and every penny. I've ordered the tacos de canasta con carnitas and their soft tacos with carnitas and Cueritos and carne asada. Their tacos de canasta are filled with mashed potatoes and then folded to be fried. They're topped with your choice of meat and fixings. If you like crunchy tacos this is the perfect option. Their carnitas are are also one of best in Las Vegas. They are tender and packed with flavor and the soft pork skin really sets it over the top. Their carne asada is honestly also one of the best tasting steaks I've had here in Vegas. It is tender with the perfect amount of "grill." My only feedback is that the fat be trimmed off the steak and the tortillas be a little more toasted. The tacos were very delicious but the tortilla was way too soft for my preference. Their cucumber lemon agua fresca was also a perfect refresher with the perfect amount of sweet. Needless to say, I am glad that this place is just 2 blocks from my work because it is going to become a routine to visit. They are also reasonable prices and packed the perfect amount of meat. Please go out and support this local business and I promise you won't be disappointed. I will be trying the torta ahogada next time. P.S.
